Due to this, there may be a slight delay with updates our stock levels on this site.
If you urgently need something that is out of stock then please get in touch and we can check our recent arrivals. 


All prices are in NZD and include 15% GST.

We accept payment by:

Payment on pickup: 
You may also choose to purchase online and then pick up your item/s from our Petone store.

In store we accept payment by:

  • Cash
  • Eftpos
  • Credit Card
  • LayBuy (up to $1200)
  • Gift Voucher

If you choose to pick up your order in store please note that your payment must be showing in our account before you pick up, which may mean making your bank deposit payment the day before you pick up. If you have any doubt that your payment will clear before you pick up please pay in store instead. In store we accept payment by cash, Eftpos or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Unfortunately we are unable to release your order to you unless we have received your payment.

Credit Card and PayPal Account payments are instant and will therefore allow you to pick up the same day.

Unpaid orders will be held for 7 days before being returned to stock. If you need extra time to pick up please contact us and we will hold your order for you.


We always aim to dispatch as soon as possible. This is often the same day if we receive your payment before midday (excluding weekends and public holidays). The couriers do change their pickup timetable from time to time and sometimes we run out of time to complete last minute orders. If you need your item dispatched asap it would pay to ring us and check that it can be prepared intime. We send you an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. For couriered orders the dispatch email will in most cases also include a tracking number.

Shipping is calculated on the checkout page before you submit your order.

Fastway Couriers (our preferred method)
Due to the delicate nature of many of our products we prefer to send items via courier, Signature required. Our main Courier is Fastway Couriers but we now also use Pass The Parcel who can offer better rates on some RD destinations and NZ Couriers used by some of our suppliers when dispatched direct by them.

Most Courier deliveries are between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday, Sorry we can not specify to the couriers an actual time.

Note most courier deliveries are signature required UNLESS you supply a delivery instruction (Like - Please leave at front door, or in letterbox....etc..)

Delivery Times: 

We will email you a Shipping Notification with a tracking number when your order is ready to be dispatched. 

North Island Towns: 1-2 Business Days / South Island Towns: 2-3 Business Days 

RD Delivery: Add 1-2 Business Days (a surcharge will apply)

Please be aware that there are occasionally delays that are beyond our control. In the first instance check the tracking details we have sent you and maybe contact your local courier center for an update. If you have no luck or concerns please contact us and we will chase it up for you!

NZ Post (small items only)

We are able to send small items via NZ Post. Unfortunately delicate items, large items and machines are not suitable to send this way. Items sent via NZ Post are UNTRACKED. Unfortunately, once dispatched there is no way to track items sent using this method and this will be at your own risk. If you are concerned about the safety of your item we recommend that you choose the Courier delivery method.

Delivery Times:
North Island Towns: 1-2 Business Days / South Island Towns: 2-3 Business Days
Rural Delivery: May take longer  

Please note that these are NZ Post's delivery targets only and occasionally may take longer.

RD Delivery
Please note that Courier deliveries to RD addresses are handed on to the local rural delivery provider, and there is a fee charged by the courier for this service. The surcharge is currently $5.60 (in addition to the standard delivery fee).

Many small towns are classed as RD addresses by the courier companies. Please check your address here to see if it is classified as RD by Fastway Couriers. (If your address is standard delivery there will be courier driver information, if it is RD it will say RD Delivery)

Unfortunately NZ Post are no longer offering free RD Delivery on standard parcel delivery, a $3.90 surcharge will be added to all NZ Post Untracked deliverys going to RD addresses. Please check this list to see if your town is classified as RD.

Pass the Parcel are no longer offering RD delivery at no extra cost but it is still by far the cheapest option at $1.70 extra. Please select Pass the Parcel RD Courier if you address is Rural.
*Please note Pass The Parcel can not deliver to the Hauraki Gulf Islands (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island or Chatham Island. For addresses on these Islands Please select Fastway RD Courier or NZ post RURAL.

If you have an RD address and would like to avoid the Courier/NZ Post surcharge please provide a non-RD address for delivery.


We do ship internationally and can complete all export documentation for you. There are 3 or 4 shipping options so if you are interested please contact us  with your address details and what it is you want to order and we will source the best shipping option for you. 


Yes we do offer purchase by layby! Laybys require a 10% non-refundable deposit which covers our costs if you choose to cancel the layby at any point. We are flexible when it comes to the length of your layby as well as the size and frequency of your payments so please let us know your preferences at the time of setting up your layby agreement and we will do our best to accommodate. You may make layby payments in store by cash, Eftpos or credit card, by bank deposit, or by credit card over the phone. We email you an updated Layby Schedule when we receive a payment so that you can keep track of your payments.
